From South Station (Commuter Rail/Red Line):
Exit South Station, following signs for the Financial Center and make a left toward the Financial District. Pass One Financial Center, which is a tall glass building. Carefully cross over the busy intersection onto Summer Street. Sovereign Bank will be on the corner and an Optical Shop on the next corner. 99 Bedford Street is at the light where Summer Street and Bedford Street split.

From Downtown Crossing (Orange/Red Lines):
Exit Downtown Crossing at the Chauncy Street exit. Walk down Summer Street with the Corner Mall behind you and cross over Chauncy and Kingston Streets. At the next corner take a right after Dunkin Donuts. 99 Bedford Street is across the street on the corner.

From Park Street (Green/Red Line):
Exit Park Street and cross Tremont Street to Winter Street. Walk down Winter Street until you pass the Corner Mall. Macy’s will be on your right. Continue to walk straight onto Summer Street. Walk down Summer Street with the Corner Mall behind you and cross over Chauncy and Kingston Streets. At the next corner take a right after Dunkin Donuts. 99 Bedford Street is across the street on the corner.

From North Station (Commuter Rail):
Switch to the Orange Line and travel inbound three stops to Downtown Crossing. Exit Downtown Crossing at the Chauncy Street exit. Walk down Summer Street with the Corner Mall behind you and cross over Chauncy and Kingston Streets. At the next corner take a right after Dunkin Donuts. 99 Bedford Street is across the street on the corner.
