Monument Staffing, LLC will commit to a six-month guarantee provided our invoice is paid in full within 30 days of the employee’s starting date. If for any reason, the employee leaves or is terminated within their first 180 days of employment, Monument Staffing, LLC will honor the following refund/credit amounts:

100% refund: Within the first 30 days of employment
50% refund: Within 31-60 days of employment
25% refund: Within 61-90 days of employment
15% refund: Within 91-120 days of employment
15% credit: Within 121-180 days of employment

60-Minute Turnaround
One hour after we take the details of a new job search, your recruiter will be back in touch with you to give you a status update, which will include the number of appropriate active applicants for your position.

Community Awareness
Monument Staffing will take a percentage of each direct hire fee and will make a donation to a charitable organization of your choice, in your company’s name. Click here to view organizations we've supported.

Free Temp
With each direct hire, you will receive credit for a free 8-hour temporary employee. This credit can be redeemed once the corresponding fee has been paid and can be applied to Monument Staffing's Administrative or Financial Group.

One Contact
You will have one dedicated contact person for all your direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary needs. This model has proven to be extremely beneficial for our clients. You only need to speak to one recruiter to have all of your staffing needs met.
