Wilson came to Monument as a candidate and left on a hot pursuit to become a recruiter for the company. She was born and raised in upstate NY and attended SUNY Cortland. After graduating with a degree in Anthropology and Communications she moved to Boston to search for a start in the corporate world. A few months of temping at Boston Capital as an Administrative Assistant she landed a permanent position in the IT department as a Project Coordinator. After almost 4 years of enjoying the project management aspect of her career she realized computers weren’t for her. Recruiting is a way she can use her project management skills in working with people, to help candidates find the right job and companies find the right employees. Wilson enjoys short walks with her Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix Mocha, cheap good wine on the roof deck, movies with her husband, and anything to do with her family.
