Eric Gorewitz

As the owner of Monument Staffing, Eric is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, employee recruitment, retention and strategic growth initiatives. Previously, Eric was a co-president of another Boston-based staffing firm and was formerly a vice president in charge of recruiter training for one of the nation’s largest administrative staffing organizations. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, where he majored in public relations. He is currently a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Professional Placement Consultants and is on the board of directors of Career Collaborative, Inc. Eric is happily married to his high-school sweetheart, Jennifer and has four beautiful children, Madeline, Ethan, Emily and Jack. In his spare time, Eric watches every reality TV show on network television.
Hannah Ryan
Vice President

Hannah helped open Monument Staffing’s doors in September, 2002 as one of the founding members. Prior to Monument Staffing, Hannah was a leading recruiter for a Boston-based staffing firm and a national recruiter for a well known travel agency. In addition to being a top producer at Monument Staffing, Hannah also trains new employees and takes great enjoyment in seeing them develop into successful recruiters. Hannah has a strong referral network and an excellent reputation within the recruiting community. She attributes her success over the years to believing that both the client and candidate are of equal importance and measures herself by their happiness and satisfaction. Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Viola Performance from the Eastman School of Music in 1999. Hannah enjoys yoga, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband Jay and their kids Allyson and Jack.

Nelson Nutter

Nelson has been a recruiter since 2000, having started immediately after graduating fromNortheastern University. Though his formal studies were mostly in health sciences and psychology, he has always enjoyed working closely with people and quickly found his place in the Boston recruiting market. Prior to joining Monument Staffing in 2003, he worked for Monument Staffing’s founder, Eric Gorewitz, at another Boston-based staffing firm that focused on administrative and legal placement.
When he’s not recruiting, Nelson can be found spending quality time with his wife, Erin, or playing basketball, golf, or poker with the guys. He avidly follows the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics and is always open to hearing about any extra tickets for any of them!

Wilson came to Monument as a candidate and left on a hot pursuit to become a recruiter for the company. She was born and raised in upstate NY and attended SUNY Cortland. After graduating with a degree in Anthropology and Communications she moved to Boston to search for a start in the corporate world. A few months of temping at Boston Capital as an Administrative Assistant she landed a permanent position in the IT department as a Project Coordinator. After almost 4 years of enjoying the project management aspect of her career she realized computers weren't for her. Recruiting is a way she can use her project management skills in working with people, to help candidates find the right job and companies find the right employees. She prides herself on long term relationships with both candidates and companies and thinks honesty is the best policy. When not at Monument Wilson enjoys lazy weekends with her husband Sean and son Dane, cheap wine on her roof deck and fine dining with girlfriends.

Stacie joined Monument in 2010, bringing over five years of experience in the recruitment business. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Stacie attended Northeastern University, majoring in Business Administration. After college, Stacie relocated to Chicago where she began her recruiting career at a boutique staffing firm, where she was responsible for identifying and placing top professionals throughout the Midwest. Stacie came to Monument from a large, Boston- based staffing company where she was a senior consultant, concentrating on direct hire placements of Administrative, Accounting and Finance professionals. Her understanding of both local and national staffing encompasses Financial Services, Venture Capital, Legal, Technology, and Real Estate markets, ranging from Entry-level to C-level Executives. Stacie enjoys providing candidates with superior leadership and coaching during critical transition phases of their careers. Outside of the staffing world, Stacie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and her family.

Melissa came to us as a candidate and found her place with Monument. She comes to us with a background in finance and sales. She wants to find the best fit for candidates and clients because she knows how important it is for great people to find great jobs and great jobs to find great people. She has a bachelor's degree from Bryant University in Business Administration and she is on track to acquiring her MBA through Suffolk's part-time program. When Melissa is away from Monument you can find her running to Lady Gaga tracks, enjoying nachos at local pubs with friends and counting down the days until the final installment of Harry Potter is in theaters.

Kevin is thrilled to join Monument after recently working as a sales rep for a technology company. He also brings several years of sales experience in the commercial energy sector. Kevin thrives to form real, working relationships with clients and candidates instead of simple business transactions. Mr. Hayden is a classically trained opera singer who performs throughout New England and is a professionaly trained cook. He happily lives with his wife Jennifer in Newton along with their 85lb black lab Moses and cat named Miss Kitty (clever, I know). Kevin is a die hard college football fan which consumes most of his Saturdays in the Fall.

Coming in to look for a new position, Stephanie found herself intrigued by the Monument atmosphere and decided to make it her new home. She comes fresh from the corporate world as an Executive and Marketing Assistant, and finds her direct experience helpful to match candidates with the right position and company. She holds a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design and Business Management from UMass Amherst and has dabbled in some graduate level course work in Interior Architecture. When Stephanie is not working hard to find great candidates great positions you can find her snapping photographs, running, attempting to sail a sailboat and enjoying time with her husband Jon and their son Tucker.

Meredith Lane

Meredith comes to Monument with nearly a decade of relationship management experience and a passion for bringing out the best in others. With a background as a successful fundraiser in television, radio, human services and the arts, Meredith has a keen understanding of both the corporate and non-profit landscape of Boston, and believes strong relationships at all levels are built and maintained based on honesty, empathy and mutual respect. A classically trained pianist, Meredith has a BA in music and communications and an MBA with a focus in principled leadership and sustainability. When not at work, she enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, cooking for friends, watching disaster films, hiking in Maine, and spoiling her niece, Eliza.

Megan Devan

Megan is one of the latest additions to the Monument Administrative Group team. Originally from upstate New York, Megan moved to Boston after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Marist College. She worked at a Venture Capital firm in Waltham and while she loved the fast-paced atmosphere, Megan's interest in staffing eventually lead to a Recruiting position in the dynamic Pharmaceutical Industry. It was here that Megan was exposed to executive search and found her passion for helping others advance their career paths. In the fall of 2005 Megan joined Monument on its mission to “find the right fit…not just any fit”. In her spare time, Megan is a reality TV junkie, enjoys competitive board game nights with her friends and exploring the city.

Marsha is one of the original Monument Staffers and heads the Accounting & Operations departments. She has spent her career helping people with their personal and professional needs as a trust and estate Paralegal and personal financial administrator for private and institutional investors. Marsha is a graduate of Salem State College with a bachelor of arts in Secondary Education. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys watching movies, going for walks on the beach and following her beloved Red Sox.
