Sara’s journey with Monument Staffing began as a hopeful job seeker—and in a twist of fate, she quickly became one of the company’s newest team members. A proud graduate of DeVry University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, Sara brings a strong background in Office Management, Accounting, and Human Resources to her role.
Outside of work, Sara lives for sunshine and smiles. She loves long beach days, traveling, watching movies and football, and spending quality time with her husband, kids, family, and friends. A lifelong Disney fan, Sara also channels her passion into helping families plan unforgettable Disney vacations—making magic both in and out of the office.
Michelle joined the Monument Staffing family in 2021. She brings her hospitality background into the recruiting world by focusing on building strong, genuine relationships with both clients and candidates. She’s passionate about helping companies find the right addition to their teams—and equally dedicated to helping candidates discover positions that truly fit their goals and strengths.
When she’s not working, Michelle and her husband are usually planning their next trip or cruise—they’ve visited 10 countries and territories so far, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. She never turns down a good charcuterie board, a perfectly poured Guinness, or time spent with friends and family. And, of course, no bio would be complete without a shoutout to her first baby—Beckham, the couple’s beloved Golden Retriever, proudly named after her husband’s soccer hero, David Beckham!
Nelson has been recruiting in Boston since the year the Patriots drafted Tom Brady—so yeah, he’s seen a few hiring markets come and go. A proud Northeastern grad, he joined Monument in 2003 and has spent the years since helping companies hire standout administrative professionals and guiding candidates toward roles where they can truly thrive. With a sharp eye for talent, a relationship-first mindset, and a knack for reading between the lines, Nelson is all about making meaningful connections that last.
Outside of work, Nelson keeps busy with his amazing wife and their three awesome kids—two adventurous boys and a spirited daughter—whose sports and activities keep the family on the move. When there’s time (which isn’t often), he pitches in on home projects (inspired by his wife), brews a batch of beer, and stays loyal to Boston sports through every high and heartbreak.
Katherine (aka Wilson) has been part of the Monument family for 17 years—and she means it when she calls it home. She’s all about building real relationships, whether it’s with candidates, clients, or the awesome team she helps grow every day. With a deep network of administrative pros across the Boston area, she’s the go-to person for connecting great people with great opportunities.
When she’s not making career magic happen, Katherine’s usually juggling dog rescue missions, chauffeuring her kids—Dane and Ryker—to way too many games, or trying (and often failing) to agree on a TV show with her husband, Sean.

Over the years, he has helped hundreds of recent graduates land their first job and supported countless experienced candidates in taking the next step in their careers — all while forging strong relationships with companies to help them build their teams.
The staffing industry has seen many exciting changes over the last decade, from new tech implementations to adapting to a hybrid and virtual work environment, as well as navigating the ever-evolving job market. Chad has worked hard to stay ahead of the curve, constantly developing his skills and strategies to make hiring and job seeking in Boston as efficient and fun as possible.

She works closely with both clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships and striving to make thoughtful, tailored matches. Scott’s path to Monument Staffing is rooted in a deep love for people, problem-solving, and building things that last. Before stepping into the role of Managing Partner, Scott spent years shaping the recruiting tech landscape—working at HubSpot and other innovative companies where he honed his expertise in business development, recruiting strategy, and technology integration. In 2025, he took the reins at Monument with a vision to scale the firm into one of the premier staffing agencies in the country, while preserving the personal, high-touch service that has defined it for over two decades.
Whether he’s helping clients fill critical roles, mentoring recruiters, or exploring new markets, Scott is all about growth—with intention. He’s especially passionate about blending data and heart in recruiting: using tools that sharpen processes while never losing sight of the human element.
At home, Scott’s life is full in the best possible way. He and his wife are raising four amazing kids, along with a lively crew of pets—including dogs, cats, chickens, and goats. When he’s not running a company or a household, you might find him diving into a DIY home project, hitting the links, or trying to convince his family to adopt just one more animal.
Michael brings nearly a decade of experience in business development, recruiting, and customer success, with a track record of building strong partnerships and delivering results for organizations of all sizes. Before joining Monument, he supported clients across industries including tech, telecom, and healthcare—always with a focus on thoughtful communication and long-term impact.
What Michael enjoys most about his work is the human side—connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and helping create meaningful matches between clients and candidates.
Originally from Massachusetts, Michael now calls New Jersey home. Outside the office, you’ll find him exploring local trails with his beautiful wife, spoiling his dog Gatsby, and doing his part to expand the Boston sports fandom across state lines.
